John did a great job walking us through all our home features at new home orientation and Mitch followed up 2 months later to reiterate everything. We had a few small findings that the Allen Edwin team will address through our warranty. All parties were extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and organized.

Construction Experience - John was fantastic. He walked the property with us several times and always listened and addressed any of our concerns. He got teams into our home promptly during the closing process to fix any last minute finds and had a high level of communication. If anything he was more critical of the work than we were. We were very impressed.
