We had been thinking about getting a roof and Chris stopped by. We had got a quote from someone else; he worked well with us and our insurance company, as well as with the insurer's adjuster thing. We're just totally satisfied.

Installation Crew

Installation Crew - Daniel, who was our group leader, in charge of everything, and our team leader Jose, who was in charge when Daniel wasn't there, were both fantastic. The other people were also fantastic. I suffer from vertigo, and they warned me every time I came out onto the porch if there were nails or anything else to look out for. One day I went out onto the spring porch, and there was a snake, and the two guys came running and killed it for me. It wasn't poisonous but I'm 70 and afraid of snakes, so it was helpful.

Areas Of Satisfaction - There's two areas: we're most satisfied with Chris as he communicated and explained in a way we could understand. He did well in his interactions with us and our insurance company. The other area is installation. Jose and the team, including Daniel, dropped off stuff to the dumpster and other material here, and made sure that everyone was on site to get started. Jose kept everything going. They were neat and polite, and it was an outstanding job by the crew who came out here.

Gavin was wonderful and was available to answer all my questions and helped us every step of the way. He was there the entire time the new roof was being put on to make sure everything was perfect. He was phenomenal.

The installers were exceptional, and they're well managed. The way they finished exceeded my highest expectations, to begin with. Cory was very responsive to my questions as well. It did take 10 days to pick up the shingles, but it was the supplier's fault. Cory helped me to get them to pick it up.
