Every aspect of this process was a breeze. From the salesperson visit to the install. The company kept in contact and communicated well. I felt like I wasn't just a number.

When the installers finally arrived, it was seamless. They knew what needed to be changed and worked efficiently to get that done. Overall, I would use Long Home Products again to complete the upstairs windows and recommend it to a friend.

From the initial sale to the installation, Long Home Products was in constant communication with me. The windows are so nice and the installation crew was the best.

I was skeptical at first about using Long Home for my bathroom remodel project. I am so glad that I did because they did a great job. My bathroom looks amazing and I love how it looks. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I have other projects around my house that needs to be done. I will be using this company in the future.

I got the run around. Long Home Products sent the wrong windows. I tried to get the representative who took care of everything to return my call, but she did not. The job manager called her a couple of times, and she still did not return my calls. When I finally caught her, she was not very responsive and stated it was a glitch in the system, but it was human error because the wrong numbers were given.

The salespeople did a wonderful job of selling to me. The workmanship does not match the sales pitch.

The sales process was smooth and to the point. The quality of the installation was above and beyond. They completely met my needs and the roof looks fantastic.

Customer service was aweful cancellation policy was never shared with us We had a major issue that came up we called to cancel with in 5 days and was told the cancel had expired Nick was the sales representative who never explained this policy to us. Nick also told us that it’s interest rate was free for 24 months however once applied I had 14 months which was another lie as Ithey have you making payments with the interest attached, if you pay the loan off during that time period they are supposed to give you back what interest you paid to them which by the way is 24% and have you ever heard of a company giving back interest that you paid already??

This was a very “uneven” experience.
