I have left messages for someone to contact me for the last 6 days regarding a pipe that leaked down in my downstairs basement after the tub was removed upstairs. I have yet to have someone come out to Inspect the pipe and there is an issue with the shower bar on door.
Installers did a grest job, shower looks great. Sales staff were most professional in coordinati g instalation
The men doing the work were polite and respectful of property. They also were very attentive to detail.
The initial consult. The professionalism of the workers.
Friendly, professional, and polite.
i probably grossly overpaid
Great work, good communication
Great job just as promised.
Long Home was great to work with start to finish of our project.
You don’t call back and you don’t follow up
Job isn't complete
I have no additional recommendations.
Did not follow-up to calls or texts with questions regarding a receipt for payment. Was not a written guarantee on products and installation.
Good quality, completed on time, looks great
Yes I would recommend with the warning to shop around before deciding and use caution not to fall for the sales tact’s used.
I would recommend for the quality of the product, the professionalism of everyone and the fact that it is till a family owned buiness.
They were really great. They communicated very well, and they were great.
Way to expensive for the quality received.
Mr D Ryan Lane worked with us, show his samples and we picked what we wanted. Alex was good too he did a great job with the shower will recommend them to anyone that needs a new shower.
Very efficient
The quality of work and professionalism of the team was outstanding
Finished job was excellent very happy
In my experience, from the beginning to the end of project, I was well informed by Long Home on process. Everything they said would happen, happened all the way through to the satisfaction of the completed job.
Perseverance
The main reason we took on this expense was for safety bars. The bars installed are slippery when wet. The ends caps of the bars that finish the installation are loose fitting. Knurled bars would be much safer. The silicone chalk was poorly done, even had spots of caulk on the floor.
Some of the caulk is still wet feeling but has been cleaned up as much as I can do.
We personally bought a specific shower head to be installed ( which was done) but they did not leave the shower head that was included, that I was going to install in the other bathroom.
