I chose this rating because the initial price quote was exceptionally high. The only reason we continued working with long home is because of the reasonable price that was renegotiated.

I interviewed 3 tub to shower renovators. Long Home won. I was satisfied with the work and I have done bath renovations myself so I knew what to expect.

The process from the sales team to completion of the installation was on time and as promised and very smooth and efficient and I felt, overall, everyone did an excellent job, and my new roof looks great and works great! I recently had fencing replaced on my property, and Long Fence did such an impressive job, I asked if they did roofing, which led me to my Long Home roof project 9 months later.

Long Homes made our walk in shower install very easy. They cleaned up wirk areas and our shower is beautiful.

The installers were good, on time, and finished the job. The only problem I had was the tarp they laid on top of my carpet was dirty and it left a dark spot on one of the areas. I told the manager I did not care if someone came to clean it, but the guys should make sure to use something that is clean.

I had a negative sales experience. I had a better experience when they reached out for quality assurance and they rectified the situation.

The sales rep. Was AWESOME! No pressure just honest. He also went above and beyond to get us as many discounts as possible.

From the initial meeting with Wolfgang, with him offering more discounts, and going the extra step to get them. The work ethic and professionalism of the installers.

I was told this would occur in one day. It took two. I was originally offered a color for the grout. After placing my down payment I was told it wasn’t available. I was told I would be given a handheld adapter as a “bonus”. It never came. Only tease for the two stars is that it does work although not what I was told I would get for what I paid.

I felt abandoned after my shower was removed! Three weeks-3 weeks- I had to muttle thru a nightmare with no guidance or help. I felt like I had hired a scam artist and I was going to be stuck with a shell of a shower! And out an initial $500!! 😢😳🤬😢😭 It cost me so much in my health response!

I still feel it’s a bit pricey but I suppose that’s reflective of the times

The person involved in measuring and estimating the shower install was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The installers were excellent; thorough and communicative. They left my home cleaner than they found it!
The whole experience was very good and I recommend this company to others with no reservations.

I think we paid more than we needed to. I would warn a friend to check their options with a carpenter prior to along home consultation to be sure they are getting an honest price.

Long Home was very professional from beginning to end. Communicated on where the project was and workmanship was superior!

Great phone service with sales and different apartments. The onset crew was good. They were clean they were polite. The only issue I had was nobody spoke english and it was difficult to communicate or ask questions. I have no problem with the crew, but there should have been at least one person that could speak and translate.

Their work is good.

Sales person very knowledgeable, as was the installation team. I believe Eric was the foreman.

They have a nice selection of products with many options in each choice. When the workers came they did a very good job and they cleaned up after themselves. They kept us advised of when materials would be received and once received they call to get the project started asap.
