Designer was great. The subcontractors had Poor communication with regard to days who and what was being done. Issues with work done. Was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving. Still not completed.

Rose has provided outstanding service and her design ideas have elevated our kitchen and bath projects well beyond our original concept. She is such a pleasure!

Consultant was a pleasure to work with. Still waiting for installation. Delivery went smooth but some cabinets were damaged.

Cabinets were not fully assembled as they needed side panels added despite the layout KSI had on hand.

We have used KSI for three separate renovation projects (two bath, one kitchen/half-bath). That alone shows that we have been very happy with the work done. I've found them to be wonderful to deal with, very responsive and professional. We've been thrilled with the results every time.

Out of maybe 12 cabinets that I waited a couple months for, one came damaged and another one still hasn't come, even though I was required to pay for the full order up front before anything was delivered. That's a successful delivery rate of about 85%, not outstanding service.

Job taking too long to complete. Unqualified workers completing task. Numerous mistakes

Full cabinets and parts were promised July 21st. I paid $5,000 premium for rush delivery. Today is August 22nd and I am still waiting for parts as parts were late, wrong items shipped and damaged

The entire process has been positive and worth the wait! The result (about 95% done) is absolutely beautiful. Sandra really helped take my ideas and add in the details and recommendations to really make the design so good! Mark and Tyler did an amazing job - Professional, hardworking, great craftsmanship with attention to details, and just very nice people; on their last day we told them we were going to miss seeing them every morning to start the day. Very happy, thank you to the KSI team.

Kelly Bodnar was great to work with. She was very patient and listened to all our concerns and developed a beautiful plan for our new kitchen!
