We purchased windows and a sliding glass door. Their work was excellent and then when we had an issue with the glass in the door, Kingsford replaced it immediately! They lived up to the warranty and their only concern was our complete satisfaction. The Durham store has our highest recommendation....
I found their staff to be very professional. They provided high quality service with very reasonable prices.

I am thrilled with Kevin Jones. He is a gentleman, and has given us more than what we could have asked. There were absolutely no problems with the installation. I recommend them to family, friends, and coworkers. We are extremely satisfied with both projects.

Kevin Jones, the owner, was very congenial. He made no promises that he didn't keep, other than the timeframe. It was a considerable distance from their site to our house. We would recommend using Hardie Plank Siding as it is flame resistant, very durable and resist termites.  Read more
