Why Choose Kingsford - The construction crew in my opinion went above and beyond what was asked of them. Especially when major rot was found behind chimney siding. They notified me and replaced all rotten wood and replaced the siding. All punch list items were taken care of prior to them leaving the site and the caulking job around the windows and trim was impeccable!

Because of that relationship, I knew the quality of work and the staff they have, and so although we got several quotes, we decided to go with Kingsford. My husband liked what Steve had to say, and we both liked how Kingsford is a family owned business. We even checked with the Better Business Bureau to make sure their standing was still good.

Next Project - I would like to have vinyl siding on our primary residence, but it won't be until next year. We will definitely call Kingsford when that comes.

Kevin was very flexible to any changes we needed to make, even after the final decision was reached. Kingsford's price was reasonable and Kevin was very professional at all times. I knew from day one that I wanted to work with Kevin.
