Product Selections Process - The process was very effective because they had most of the materials in their showroom. The individual helping us with the selection process took the time to explain the pros and cons of certain materials, colors, etc. She also explained the difference in cost.

Areas For Improvement - None really. I have used this company for many projects in and around my home for many years. I trust them completely to do the best job at a fair price. If I have an issue with the outcome of any aspect of my remodeling, they are quick to respond and remedy.

I can be somewhat indecisive at times and both gentlemen are patient working with me and provide me with a lot of information and good suggestions. Mike does a great job monitoring the work being done and makes sure the installers clean up each day.
