West Shore Home, aka Fairbanks Construction, came to our home for a KOHLER walk-in tub presentation. The design consultant did an excellent job, the sales manager was another issue. The State Division Manager, Dennis Uricola, tried to coerce us into signing a contract for a Kohler walk-in tub by giving us false and erroneous statements about the sales contract that we were being asked to sign. He stated aggressively that the loan was an unsecured loan when the contract clearly stated that the home would be encumbered by this loan until paid in full, and if the loan went into default, the loan could be called due or forced into foreclosure if said loan was not paid in full. When we pointed this out to Mr. Uricola, he sarcastically told his design consultant, “Cancel the order. They’re just planning to default on it anyway.” My husband replied, “Excuse me?” and Mr. Uricola hung up on us. It was obvious by his refusal to take responsibility for his actions, that he places his ego above the concerns of the customer, the reputation of the company or the company’s financial bottom line. Because Mr. Uricola lied to us, we purchased a tub 48 hours later from one of their competitors. I do not recommend Kohler’s choice in partners. It is a shame because Kohler products are excellent.
They did an excellent job. The installers were thorough and knowledgeable.
We are second-time customers. The last windows we had were put on the lanai, and we were very happy with those. These were replacement windows because our old ones had condensation. The only thing was that it took a while for them to come back after the inspection.
The workmen that were here were exceptional.
I would highly recommend the two installers.
Fairbanks Construction does quality work and has quality products.
From the 1st phone call to the last visit I was impressed & pleased. And still happy with my easy to care for shower.
We love the building & the quality but we are disappointed with the company as far as every time we had questions about the delays, we had to call except once towards the end when they were about to put the building up.
They did a tremendous job, and I want them to come back to do my other windows. The first ones they put in--awesome. I have three in; I'm going to do 3 more. They were very professional--superb.
I was especially pleased with the installers, they went about their work and did things quietly and efficiently. Would highly recommend your company and already have. We have had several comments on our window, all good. Thank you for a job well done.
Fairbanks Construction's quality was above average and all the areas of their company were great to work with. From sales, financing, and the installation. The followup was great and it was just great service.
Great job, I don't bother with the other guys.
They did a terrible job, I would not recommend them.
We are thrilled with the outcome.
I doubt that my rating will be shared with the public.
4, but I would speak to them about the same things you're asking me.
They were a good company and came earlier than I expected to perform the work.
Fairbanks Construction has done work for me before and did good last time! That is why I called them in again for a second time!
Fairbanks Construction did a great job! It looks fabulous. We are very happy with what they did.
Everything was great.
The materials were good but compared to the price I felt like I was overcharged for just liking the materials. A lot of things that they said they would take care of was not. The bad wood was not removed. A lot of stuff was just covered up.
The product was overpriced, the final product was good, but the overall satisfaction was brought down to less than a one because of the hassle to get it done.
We did recommend them, in fact; our neighbor ordered windows.
Fairbanks Construction did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone who needed windows.
I told them a friend recommended me and you get $300.00 for that. I had to call and tell them, but my friend did get the $300 rebate. Overall they did a good job, they just didn't look professional.
Patti and Tracey were so helpful and kind, throughout the process with them, and their professional incites/expertise were of the very highest level.
Since the beginning of this project there’s been nothing but problems. The crew left my yard a mess with trash and debris all over. The stucco guy did not communicate when he was coming over or when he was done. The sales rep told me that Morgan exteriors would Handel everything on the outside inc... more
I specifically wanted Owens Corning shingles, and I had other roofers tell me they couldn't get them. The people who came had the Owens Corning logo on their shirt, and I already knew I was in good hands.
