Zimmermann Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1974 as an outgrowth of the construction division of G. F. Zimmermann, Inc., a noted construction and real estate firm of long standing in the Lakeland, Florida area. Since the early sixties, our work has included commercial and custom residential construction; building shopping centers, car dealerships, offices, and fine homes around the state.

By 1981, ZA was recognized for unique skills and successes in preservation/restoration construction and remodeling. Although professional "This Old House" proponents were virtually unknown at that time, ZA established this worthy precedent for the Lakeland area.
