Mr. William and his team at Steamaster was awesome. They were prompt and very friendly. They went over the process with us before starting and when we had any questions they made sure to answer them.

Steammaster was only here to do a job. Did the bare minimum to complete the job. I was not impressed with their work. I will not use them again.

After having a water line to our washer break and our floors flooded, Steamaster was the mitigating contractor assigned by our insurance company. They are professional and courteous and want to make sure that the job is done right.

Recommended not less than 4:12 pitch. Also would advise in Western NC to install ice & water guard in place of standard underlayment.
