The sales process was generally OK. The installation took a very long time and was a bit of a mess. Six months after the windows were installed, we still have an ongoing issue with a broken window that we're waiting on the manufacturer's crew to fix. SCG never really finished the job. Caulking needed in many places, trim pieces were not done right (to many gaps around the fire place, driveway was block for four weeks during installation, employees used my bathroom,and electricity (my bill for the month they worked on my house was up approx. $60.000...
