Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Reality Construction did a great job! Our first experience with them was to repair damaged flooring in our bathroom. I was very satisfied with the outcome and decided to hire them to remodel my new optometry office. They were very professional, stayed within budget and on time. They communicated effectively...

If you want a contractor who will under-promise and over-deliver, or who doesn't know the phrase "that's good enough" or whose team is filled with quality and respectful associates...then Reality Construction should be your first choice.

Reality Construction is a highly trustworthy and competent firm. The have fair prices and offer very high values for their services. You can be very assured of looking back on their work a year later or longer and feel very satisfied about the quality of their work.

Great quality, planning and follow through. My job has been completed for a 1 1/2 years and they have not had to come back out and we did not have a punch list to work through when they said the job was completed.
