Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The folks who perform the work are very nice, and the workmanship is high quality when it's completed. Getting to the point of having work scheduled, signing agreements needed to start work or after work is completed, and even paying is a frustrating and slow process. Until they get better organized...

We had a previous experience with the same type of issues some years back. The company that did the work at that time, I would never recommend anyone to use that company. They did not do a very good job in any aspect. Rainbow did a fantastic job. Thank you.

whats the differnce in LP SmartSiding and the Hardi Plank board siding?

LP is a woodbased product, where Hardi Plank is a fiber cement. They ar both very similar in cost here in the midwest. LP Smartsiding if fairly new the market as well.
