Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

As a GuildQuality Guildmember, PuroClean relies on our customer surveying to help them deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We have surveyed customers on behalf of PuroClean in Null, IL; Null, CO; Null, TX; Null, MD; Null, CA; San Diego, CA; Upper Marlboro, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Null, TN; Bowie, MD; and 104 other cities in Georgia, New York, Alabama, Illinois, California, and 24 other states.

In this report, PuroClean has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in December 2017. In that time, 70 out of 167 customers (42%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in February 2018.

PuroClean surveys all of their customers shortly after the completion of work, and their feedback appears in the summary on this page.
