I felt like the young men who came to my home were very polite and professional. It was nice to see some young men working in that capacity.
They were just very good. They were quick and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They were very pleasant. They were great people.
If they had been more patient, they wouldn't have had to replace my whole floor because the damage was inside the wall and it could have be dried very quickly. I believe they exaggerated the damage. For example, I have a bookshelf cabinet that is far away from where the water could go, so there was nothing wrong with it. They broke my floor without asking any questions, saying that it had to be removed. I didn't think it was necessary. They replaced the whole house floor which cost $20,000.00, which is not the worth of it. That is my concern. They should not do that. They should be more conservative. It looks like they try to damage everything to make money from replacing the whole floor. If the insurance company had come out, they would have said to just replace the wall where the pipe was leaking and the damage inside would have dried up.
They're just thorough, fast, and have good communication.
The company is not reliable and not trustworthy. They wait till the end to get the job and when they get the job they will ditch you.
