They were very professional. A small equipment malfunction created a small water leak. The malfunction was not their fault.
The crew was very professional, helpful and supportive. They have been there every step of the way for us. I don't know what I would have done without them. We are very thankful for all that they did for us.
Fast service, good follow up
The personnel at PuroClean was professional but I did not agree with the overall work. Throughout the process, I questioned many things such as the timing to be completed, the actual items that were demo, and they damaged items in my home outside the removal. I am borderline between 2 and 3 stars.
They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very thoughtful since it happened right around Christmas week. They were great and beyond.
It would have been 5 stars because they were really nice. They told me things that were wrong and put blowers in the house for the walls, baseboard, and kitchen cabinets were ripped. They did not report that damage to my insurance company and they don't want to help with the cost of it.

I’m not likely to recommend based on: 1) Issue #1: They burned my wall with the dehumidifier so I potentially would have a fire on top of existing flood issue. 2) Issue #2: No one bothered to proactively call or text me about the electrical surge they caused when the dehumidifier shorted out causing a burn on the wall. The company completed the drying 22 days ago (today) and still no follow up. I had to call 2 times and sent multiple texts regarding the wall and I was told only 3 days ago they are trying to find an electrician to fix my outlet. What happened to the 22+ days (it happened midway through drying) before when they were notified of the shortage? 3) Issue #3: I was told by Liberty Mutual that someone will be contacting me regarding my pack out and storage. Come to find out it’s the same company that dried my walls and no one told me that. I waited a few days to give Puroclean a chance to call me about the storage and pack out. I called on Wednesday (15 Jan) and Kathy told me, “I was going to call you Friday because I have a day off tomorrow.” Friday came and still no call. I called today (Saturday, 18 Jan) and Kathy answered. She didn’t even acknowledge that she forgot to call me. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I went ahead and booked the pack out and storage date. 4) Issue #4: They told us it was okay to go back into our home. We spent 9 days in our home coughing and sinus problems due to so much dust in the air circulating from the baseboards being taken off and exposing the drywall and the flooring removal. No one suggested that we should find temporary housing. Why would you tell customers it’s okay to sleep in an environment with debris in the air? What kind of company is this? Does Liberty Mutual know about this? Or they do and can’t do anything because they contractually obligated to each other?
They have been very punctual and with good attitude, doing a good job.
