They went and demolished my kitchen without any care. They just ripped everything apart. They pulled out all the rock sheet. They really didn't take care of anything. I noticed my kitchen lightswitch had a chip on it. My sink was also chipped. They didn't care. They ripped it off like it was nobody's business. They didn't care how this would affect the next people who came to install stuff.
I was quite pleased with them, except in the end. At the end of the project they weren't responsive which was disappointing. I was trying to figure out next steps after the remediation, and I called them numerous time to ask for the next steps. It was kind of a big deal because I had a traumatic experience with something happening in my home, and there was no response from them.
The PuroClean team is super responsive. Everytime I called, they were polite and as helpful as possible. When your in a situation where your out of your home, the customer service really makes all the difference.
All they did was hook up an evaporator.

2 representatives came out same day that the claim was submitted to my homeowners insurance company. 1 didn't seem to be very experienced, and may have been learning, the other one did the basement assessment and measuring. In the end, they must have quoted my insurance company something so outlandish that they came back in and said that the insurance co wanted to wait... he went and took more pictures, and left. It has now been close to 2 weeks, and nothing has happened. My insurance company stated that Puroclean had some "concerns", and then they started asking if I had submitted another claim for possible damages that resulted from another incident. I had not, and there was no other incident other than what was submitted for. Puroclean needs to come and simply create their invoice, and not come and make assumptions about what took place, and placing blame on the homeowner for things that could have been prevented. I would not recommend.
They are very unprofessional. They get in your house to start the work and get the money from the insurance company. Then they never show up to do the work like they say they will.
PuroClean made sure the walls were completely dry before removing the fans.
