Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Provident Homes was phenomenal to work with! Jeremy was hands on from the design through completion and we could not be happier with the transformation of our kitchen. It turned out even better than we ever dreamed and are looking forward to working with them on the next home project.

They took a very complicated, stressful process and made it very simple and enjoyable. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship for the home. It's really second to none.

We love our new home. The building process with Provident Homes was really easy and enjoyable. I would (and have) definitely recommend Provident Homes to anyone building a new home in Louisville.

The roof and foundation of my house needs to be fixed. If I get the roof done first because it is leaking, will it be affected when the foundation is fixed?
