They did a great on the follow up and they were extremely accommodating with the payment structure. I had difficulty coming with final payments and they really helped me out in that area. Overall, they did an excellent job!

Although we were very impressed with our original bid from Powell, they were not the lowest so we chose another builder. Fortunately, our initial choice did not follow through (suprise, suprise) and we ended up using Powell. Things happen for a reason, so they say, and we are so glad they worked out...

Being this is the first remodel we have ever gone thru the Powell's have been extremely easy to work with. The first part was on us to pick our materials. All were scheduled appointments at companies recommended by them.(But they don't have to be) Once our products were picked, we got our start date....
