Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Grateful that the work from "wind" damage to our roof was finally completed! It took almost 6 months. Part of the issue was the ever-changing "point of contact" during the process. The Original Restoration work manager changed 3 times, with the first two resigning before work was done. Different subcontractors...

what is the process to cancel contract with in the three day period? The paperwork is missing (unreadable) that information due to printing issues.

In MA we have the three day right of recession policy. Our contracts have a Notice of Cancellation document that is in NCR form. The homeowner mails or faxes back a signed copy within three days.
