Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I lost most of my belongings in a fire, Laurens Restoration were some of the most kind and understanding people that I've ever encountered, professional and caring which is what is so needed during a time of such devastation.

We are still waiting 2 months later for some of the materials they took out of the house. There is a grandfather clock that is missing. We haven't had that resolved yet.

Real grass or artificial grass? Which is better in the long run?

Hi John, where are you located? It sounds like an expensive endevor to go artificial. How large is the grass area that we are talking about. This could help with the cost estimation.
Is there anything I can do from inside my attic to battle ice dams? I'll worry about preventing them next, for now I have them and want to speed up their melt.
