In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

Fresh Coat Painters did a good job. There was a misunderstanding about what type paint we wanted and we didn't realize it until after they had painted the entire house. We were on a tight schedule and Jerry had a team come in and repaint the entire house right away. We appreciate his standing behind his work.

True professionals in every sense of the word. Like the Navy Seals of painting. Very nice, orderly, professional, etc. And great attention to detail! I'm very difficult to please ... and Fresh Coat Painters accomplished that.

Very professional experience! Round one was the exterior and Jerry May and crew did a great job in a very reasonable timeframe. Round two will be next and that will be the interior. Coming after some remodeling work. Freshcoat of Auburn will get that business too. Don't overlook Freshcoat if you want...
