Comments
In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

I would recommend Fresh Coat only with caveats. I specifically chose Fresh Coat because of their lead safety certification. Ron is professional and experienced, and working with him was a pleasure. His bid was fairly priced. Clean-up was not up to expectations, though pretty close. Some of the residue from paper removal remained on our rug, and some of the dust, presumably from sanding spackle, ended up on my front steps....

I believe that the most important thing besides the cost is a Warranty and a detailed list of materials and work that needs to be done in writting.
