They were excellent. I had a wonderful group. They were just like boom, boom, boom. Every time they came over they were doing something, and they did a magnificent job. I am very pleased with them.

I would not recommend Empire Services West to anyone. I was totally dissatisfied with their services. I was bound to use them because I had no one else.

Chris was very proactive and made sure that the contractors showed up when they were supposed to. We got our work done a lot faster than normal. He went above and beyond to make sure that my kitchen was put back together before Christmas.

Empire was very accomodating with our schedule and completed the work in time to have the refursbished bathroom ready for visitors a couple fo days later. They were attentive to our feedback and completed the job to our satisfaction and expectations.

If I could leave no stars I would but I would like to write a review. This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. They’re very unprofessional and just want to get paid. The repair team that was assigned to our house was unqualified… We started off with our ceiling falling in due to a leak and ended...

I love their services. Empire Services West, LLC did great work and their quality of work was good, but when it came down to working with each other, it did not go as well as it could have.

Empire Services West is a great company, they show up on time when they say they will, they explain to you whats going on what is going to happen and if you need or have any questions they will answer you. They come and take care of there job, very respectful crew. I had not 1 issue with anyone on there...

They didn't show up to do work on multiple days. Most of the work had to be redone. It was a poor work ethic. We are finished, and we are glad to be done with them.

Empire did a great job of restoring our home back to normal after a major water leak that damaged half of the flooring. This was our first home disaster and they handled everything - even moving all of our furniture out and storing it while the new flooring was being installed - and then bringing it...

4 no call no shows, took them 2 months and 10 appointments to replace a sliding glass door. The door is not true, I finally had enough and told them I would be leaving a bad review. Not reputable, they do not care, send non English speaking crews so there is no way to communicate. My trim was white...

Had I known at the beginning what a disaster this company is, I would have never gone with them. If this actually hits a site for future clients, which I doubt it will, keep looking for another company. You will NOT be happy with delays, lies and quality. I guarantee it.
