In response to our customer satisfaction surveys, homeowners share lots of comments about construction quality, communication, or any other question asked in the survey. Guildmembers can selectively publish these comments here on their profile page.
Reviews
Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

They were all very courteous and very trusting. The work done by some was not professional. I have a plug that does not work. My hardwood floors look fabulous but squeek every place. And my insurance company went up when this was the only claim I ever needed in 42 years.

It can only be described as a seven and half month nightmare to replace a small kitchen. And, that I'm thankful Julio, Mike and Chris are so professional. Additionally, that Julio and Mike were finally able fix things to the point they were permitted. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is wonderful!!!

A. Molly Company is exemplary. They shown nothing but professionalism, top of the line work and extreme courtesy. They've made themselves available to me. I had the number of the liaison and he never ignored a phone call or text. I feel like I hit the lottery when I was assigned A. Molly Company.
