They didn't make the slates that face the street brown that are required per my HOA. That in turn put a month and a half longer on my install.

Went above and beyond to fix my issues to make sure I was getting a quality service.

I got a text saying our windows were ready. A month later, I still had not heard anything about installation so I had to call and ask when they would be installed. I was told it would be the next Saturday and someone would call to confirm. I had to call back myself for confirmation because I never heard anything. The day of, they didn't arrive on time so I had to call to see what was happening and was told that they went to their second appointment of the day first. I was also told that at least one of them spoke English. He knew a few words to tell us what was needed to know I guess but that was it. The window boxes on the outside are crooked but we couldn't tell anyone because they wouldn't understand what we were trying to say.

During the installation process the installers needed to cut down the size of the storm door and left unremovable scuffs and scratches. In addition, after installing the front door, it began squeaking as they opened and closed it so they attempted to cut out some of the interior trim of the door around the hinges of the door with an osculating tool. Halfway through the cut the installer stopped and left the uncut trim piece as is. I noticed it as the installers were having me inspect their work after finishing the installation. Just to make it look a little bit more appealing, I asked them to simply put caulk over it.

Poor service.

Quality of the product is outstanding-completely disappointed in installation crew.

Don’t use Champion. Get a small contractor instead. They charged us 28k to side our 1700sqft home and gave us nothing but mistakes, delayed job completion, and headaches.

Every thing was great until we found out that the door wasn’t going to fit.
The replacement door didn’t get ordered until after I called to check.
Then the customer service didn’t do a good job of getting in touch with me.I had to get in touch with the sales person.

It took forever for my PATIO door to come in. When it finally was found sitting in the local warehouse the installer was good BUT there is no screen door. Now I have to wait another four weeks for this to be finished and my phone calls are not returned. Lousy service from everyone except my installer.

Our experience was good. We didn't have any problems.

Lack of communiciation. Call their number and you never get an answer. I have tried their 2 numbers to no avail. I do have a problem I'd like to address, but gave up. Even mentioned it to a service tech and he said he'd pass message on. Again no response. I didn't complain when my windows were incorrectly measured and had to be remade and installed at a later date.
