From start to finish everything was great and installation turned amazing! Very happy with the results

The quality is good while the price is a. bit high.

2 day build took 17 days to finalize. 4 days to tear out and install. bad roller on one door so it did not work. shower leaked as nothing was caulked other than panel walls.1st service call took care of these issues and leak observed in handheld unit. 2nd service call found wall insets not caulked and all plumbing connections were only hand tight. Due to continual carelessness of original crew, shower light and one exterior half wall had to be replaced.

The team was professional and confident with their install with our windows and door. We will continue to use American Home Design with our remaining door and windows in the future.

American Home Design did an excellent job with my window installation. I was dreading the window installation because I thought it would be very invasive, but the father and son team of Tim and Patrick Platt made the installation seamless. Not only did they install the windows but they took down the blinds and but them back up. Tim and Patrick were both friendly, professional and hard working. I had 10 windows replaced with 3 being part of double ceiling. I was nervous when they took out the top big window, but they replaced it with no issues. This was my second project with American Home Design as they previously performed a bathroom shower renovation. I highly recommend American home design for you window installation. Also, thanks to Mark Carter who was the salesman on both of my projects.

Install presented as a day or two, only one installer showed up and took the better part of three days. The installer , John was great, but he's just one person doing a time consuming project.

The windows and installers were satisfactory but I don't have a good feeling about the value. The project was more expensive than compared to other windows I had replaced about a year ago. All the discounts offered in their advertisements, can be wiped out depending on their starting price which I believe is varied by the salesman walking into the house and sizing up what they think you will pay.

David Cantrell our installer was the best ever. Very hard working, kind and very thoughtful. He made a job I hated getting done not seem so bad. The only thing I really hate is my clear shower doors. I wanted something other then clear. But was told you did not have anything else by my salesman.

Job was done efficiently and neatly.
