James Westring is a very knowledgeable contractor and I believe can do a great job; we liked all his subcontractors as well. Our project took a long time to complete, I feel that he could be much better organized and involved in the jobs that he takes. We had some issues with the job that caused a lot...

Hello Triin and Walter,
Thank you very much for answering the survey. I pride myself in the work that I do and the relationships I built over twelve plus years.
I'm sorry it did not turn out the way you had hoped. However, the home was lifted to your satisfaction and the new foundation wall is a huge improvement to the structure.
I only recall one issue and that was that the post tops were pinched and I made the correction per your request. It must have been a bad day or both of us since the emotions appeared to be high.
I would also like to mention that I was not informed that you were going to hire a plumber who then installed drain and supply lines without my knowledge and completely out of sequence. We had to remove what he installed so we could do our work. That was frustrating for me and my guys.
I made a couple of mistakes in the past and as I reflect on those mistakes, there is one theme in common. The customer was n a crunch, needed the work done asap, they couldn't get a contractor when they wanted it, etc. You are the second customer this year that I fit in to my schedule to help out and in the end, I lost two customers, lost your confidence and potential future business.
I learned that I cannot help people who are eager to move forward quickly. I cannot afford to lose additional customers because otherwise, I shine with the majority of my customers.
You've got a potentially nice house and I wish you all the best in making it your dream home.
Thank you for your business and the opportunity to imprve your home's value and safety.
