Overall, the job was satisfactory. However, the installation crew had problems hanging a side door straight. I called the company, and they responded and managed to straighten up the door. Also, I had to call in because I needed one window replaced, and two others where the trim had to be fixed by Milgard....

The original door we ordered was rejected by Quality Windows & Doors. They had to manufacture the door again. They did a good job getting it replaced however this delayed the project 8 weeks.
