About Vacaville’s Team Vacaville's team has been family-owned and operated since 1988, our office continues to offer only the best service in Solano County. Owner Dayton Mehlhaff has recently been joined by his son Taylor, a former firefighter with years of experience in sales and construction. Fred Morales rounds out the team as lead technician, meeting the demands of multiple projects and construction phases. As a local business, we understand the importance of value and service – qualities for which Premier Pools and Spas is known.
