Reviews are different than comments. These are star ratings that homeowners ask us to publish, and they come with a written description of the type of experience they had working with their contractor. We publish all of the reviews we receive: positive and negative alike.

The Livingstone team is excellent and they make me extremely comfortable building from out of town. The craftsmanship is excellent and they truly care about their finished product and customers which is exactly what you need and should expect in this process.

The folks at Living Stone Construction are great. I enjoyed working with them and they do a great deal to make you feel that your needs are considered and the results turn out great. Steve Payne was easy to work with and worked very hard to keep the project on track and on budget.

I just change my water heater, it is 50 gallons big, the thermostat is on letter "c" one level less that very hot. Why water gets cold in the middle of shower?
