Kona Contractors is family owned and operated by Ryan and Beth Treadwell since 2006. Both Ryan and Beth are natives of Colorado and graduates of CSU. The company was named after their golden retriever Kona – a certified therapy dog.

Kona Contractors ensures that your wants and needs are addressed by meeting with you to understand the details of your living space. We take the extra steps of providing you with 3D images to help you fully envision the final design.

We love our new patio area. Ryan was able to blend the new paver area and retaining wall in with existing privacy panels looking like they have always been part of the area.

I would like to paint the inside of my front door. It is already stained with a semi glossy dark stain. Can I effectively use latex paint with primer in it?

Please do yourself a favor and don't beleive "paint and primer in one". All that refers to is painted surfaces that have minor stains or a large color change. There is a reason that every paint store ... read more

New to Charlotte and living in Myers Park. How much should it cost to paint a living room (22'4"x14'6") and a study (14'2"x12'6")?
