Best experience with a contractor ever! They were always available if I had questions, kind, courteous, professional and friendly, and just all around great folks to work with. They left the work site spotless and actually went over the work area with a magnet to find and pick up all the nails! AND fixed my fence for me before they left. They even followed up later to make sure everything was ship shape. Above and beyond from beginning to end!

My first attempt to have things fixed on my home ended with a company taking my money and doing nothing so I was very cautous when trying to get my whole home sided. Our house was a victim of vicious woodpeckers to the point that we needed to either do extensive repairs or replace the siding on a side of our house. Given the housing marker here, no one was willing to do only one side, and many others didn't even call me back. But Koalaty was quick to respond and responsive to our needs. Tom came out quickly and met with us several times to discuss what was going on and the options we had to fix the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand, explaining to us why the woodpeckers were attacking, and was very sensitive to our budget and needs. Koalaty offered all types of siding and options that matched the unique siding we have on the rest of the house.Once we gave them the green light, Tom and owner Cory worked with us to develop a project that met our needs in a tight budget that worked for us, clearly describing the trade-offs of options. They offered us additional options to help save money, such as going on an on-call list rather than scheduling and using pictures of their work for marketing. They really cared about our needs and couldn't have been nicer. They also took extensive notes to the point that when they did get to our project 4 months later (we did on-call and they had a busy summer), we didn't need to remind them of anything. And the work comes with a lifetime warranty.More importantly, the work they did was fantastic. Top notch workmanship and did all the right treatments. The style perfectly matches the rest of our house, as does the color. We went with a cement board, so those pesky woodpeckers won't be back to that side. And since they're a Hardie preferred installer, they know what they're doing and can offer the cement board at a good price. And they did this all very quickly, yet did not cut any corners. We had a very small issue during the project, but it was handled very professionally. The lead project manager Paul was very nice as well, going over everything in detail with me on a walk through to approve the work. We even got to keep the dumpster used to dispose of the old siding for a few days for our own use!The personability doesn't stop at the gentlemen I mentioned. Star and the rest of the staff was always very nice on the phone. This day in age, being addressed with genuine care on the phone (or even in person) is so rare that it caught me off guard at times! Great people to work with on all fronts who are really caring and take pride in what they do. Koalaty will certainly be our choice for any future exterior needs.

Similarly, the paint crew was led by Gabriel and he demonstrated the highest standard of workmanship, worked very long hours (daylight to dark in June), and was exacting in execution of his assignment. He checked in daily to have us inspect the work done that day and laid out what he expected to accomplish the next day.
