Design Build - Yes. It alleviated much stress. Everyone on the team was very professional.

My husband and I are extremely happy that we hired Georgian Renovations in 2016. They started the renovations of our bungalow on time and finished within the 3 months - as promised, with very minor things to finish. Starting with the designer, Theresa and supporting staff, everyone was extremely pleasant and very professional. During the renovations, we lived in the home and the construction crew were impeccable, the home was always organized, no mess and clean. Georgian took care of everything, we did not have to deal with suppliers and trades. We addressed all of our concerns with the supervisor on site, Boris, and he always did his very best to resolve our concerns and he was always very pleasant, patient and friendly. We will definitely recommend Georgian Renovations to our family and friends.

I was very happy with the construction. The job was totally fine. There was some unpredictable issues that slowed us down but I was happy with the result.

I was very pleased with the end result. Each process was explained and finalized before starting the renovation. If there were any issues that arrived during the renovation the issues were resolved with my satisfaction . I will definitely call them if I have any renovations required in the future. They may be a tad more expensive than other companies but I felt very confident and trusted them completely which was worth every penny!

Additional Comments - The people at Georgian are very helpfully. They reply to all emails and addressed any issues that arisen. They continue to contact you after the renovation to see if any issues arisen 1, 2 .. years later. The tradesmen were knowledgeable and did their work professionally.
