They were very patient and kept us on a very tight schedule. DB was very flexible on what we wanted them to do and what we were going to do on our own.

Everyone was so nice. Our painter, plumber, sub contractors - Rise & Run, Glenco Fireplace, all the vendors. The whole experience was just out of this world. Names escape me right now but I want to recognize the entire team. We felt like we were in such capable hands the entire time. The team showed up when they said they would and communicated very well. Chris did such a great job of managing everything and keeping us on track.

We had an excellent experience with Daniel Builders at every stage of our renovation. Wendi Carson spent many hours helping us visualize and articulate our desires, and she continued a close relationship with us throughout the process until work was complete and we were 100% satisfied with our finished product. Andy Deleonardis directed the project very professionally, and was very flexible assisting us to work around our personal schedules. Andy often anticipated many of our desires as the project progressed, and was very easy to communicate with at all times. While all of the workers on the project were professional and did excellent work, Taylor Burgiss was masterful, working closely with us on numerous small details. We were out of the country during part of this renovation and felt completely comfortable with all of the Daniel Builders associates being in our home while we were away. Andy was on-site much of the time and he took time to email us to keep us informed of the progress while we were away.

We have contracted with Daniel Builders for several projects at our home. You can depend on their work to be quality and completed without error. They guarantee all of their work. They strive to make the construction process easy and as stress free for the customer as possible. They communicate their progress effectively, always keeping the home owner informed. Daniel Builders is overall an excellent design/build company. (At the time of our project there was a clear weakness in the area of cabinet design/install that I hope has been improved.) But that said, we love the quality and outcome of the project, and I have already recommended Daniel Builders to friends.

Excellent in every way!

Number 8 is the only one that I could not give the four rating. I spoke with their representative and she assured me that if there was a problem in the future they would take care of it and so therefore I am at ease. It was not noticed until the job was completed and would mean starting over again. The job pertaining to the actual water damage, which was their responsibility was addressed more than adequately.

Daniel Builders is an outstanding organization. I give them my highest recommendation with no reservations.
