Each of our neighborhoods begins with a careful study of the land, its surroundings, and the nearby community. With more than 80 years combined building and architectural design experience, our planning team draws upon experience, expertise, and daily inspiration to deliver our innovative approach to new homes.

Although this is our first custom home, we have friends who built homes in the past year with other builders. Hearing their stories made me somewhat terrified of building, but from the start I know Brightwater was a different company. From the onset everyone has been professional, easy to work with...

I would never recommend Brightwater to anyone. I would work with Michael Robinson again but nobody else in the company.

Best way to caulk the seam between our backsplash and kitchen counter?
