Working on a custom contemporary home can require a lot of research, visualization, thought, planning and stamina. I contracted with AC Roofing and Siding to replace our patio doors, our roof and to replace all of the siding. Andrew was always ahead of me in foreseeing upcoming complications and had always worked out a solution in advance. Josh was also really helpful following up on details in the field. We are really happy with the results and appreciative of everyone’s hard work.

Andrew and his team were professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire process of getting a new roof, siding and gutters. Andrew was helpful with designs and with interactive virtual modeling to help us visualize our selections. Our project manager Josh was hands on, at the site almost daily and was very attentive to any questions or concerns we had. The crew worked from 8-6 daily and cleaned up after themselves daily. Would recommend them for any project and would use them again.

AC Roofing & Siding absolutely saved the day for us within just a few weeks of our relocating to a new home. Still finishing up some construction, our home had been stripped of its old gutters, had new soffits and fascia installed and was queued up for brand new gutter installation. Unfortunately, our contractor’s assigned gutter installer delayed our gutter installation repeatedly, citing a crowded schedule and too many emergencies in their queue. Our new, fully remodeled home lay exposed to a series of torrential summer downpours that contributed to flooding and leakage issues within.
Enter AC Roofing: professional, dependable and capable of securing our structure quickly. Andrew and his foreman Ranferi made time in a busy schedule to assess our gutter needs. Their initial time on site was efficient and they made sound recommendations and provided a proposal at lightning speed for 6” gutters with leaf guards and 4” downspouts to accommodate our steep roof pitch. Not only that, knowing our urgent need for installation to combat more expected rain, Andrew adjusted the schedule to accommodate us within a matter of days. The end result has been incredible as we watch the water capacity our gutters can handle - and believe us when we say the summer flash storms have really put it to the test. We have total peace of mind from the work AC Roofing provided. This is a company that stands behind their work, follows up and follows through. We don’t imagine we’ll need their services for a long time to come, but can’t imagine calling anyone else for the job.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the communication. Andrew and the crew communicated effectively. Insurance can be ambiguous. Andrew helped a lot in terms of the verbiage to communicate with the insurance company.
