The pricing was on the high end when compared to other options

I'm rating a 3/5 for now because I am hopeful I will eventually be happy with the windows. Right now there are issues that need to be addressed and I am frustrated that no one has reached out about them. I contacted Mike Parnell on 7/21 about the issues. He said the install manager has been notified and would reach out but I have not heard from them. Because of this, I am not as likely to recommend to a friend due manufacturing inconsistencies.

I had to find, buy and pick up the matching shingles myself. I made everyone aware of what the product was, that it was not commonly stocked locally and they should work to get those while we waited for the window to be manufactured. Droped the ball. The installers also showed up without roofing nails, so I had to leave my house again and run to Lowes to buy a box for them.

They did damage to my landscape trees, otherwise I would have given them a 5.

From Mike the salesman to the measurement guy to the installers you guys picked exceptional people to represent your company. Mike was outstanding! Walked us through the process explaining every detail of the windows. He was not pushy. He was very friendly polite and very good at his job. My wife and I cannot be happier. Anyone who doesn’t use your company is a fool.

My windows do not match my woodwork. I am missing a screen.

The guys were very nice and polite and did a nice job on install. I'm disappointed with the caulking on the inside, how hard the sliding doors slide. Also the outside I was told you would use the same plastic wood like trim that was already on the house and the windows were wrapped with aluminum which I'm worried it will dent.

Very good product, lifetime warranty, excellent salesman, excellent installation team, and I was kept informed throughout the process, and windows were installed sooner than expected!

We have been impressed by the consistent attitude and performance at all levels indicating a tremendous unity of purpose. It would be like the "team" meets every morning to discuss what is going on for the day so all are equally on board at whatever their job descripion might be...sales, installation, financial, etc.

We had one window not working, the trim around the windows was not secured properly and a piece of wood was crooked. The trim around the windows should have been painted and done. I don't know why they did not do the job right; the cuts are bad. It is expensive, $2,500 for two windows and I didn't get anything better than that.

They were willing to give us the best offer and combine it with our coupon and promotional offers.

Unfortunately, during installation of our windows, the installers place a heavy plastic tarp over our landscaping and it was 95 degrees on this particular day. As expected, some of our perennial plants were destroyed. I am a gardener and have worked very hard on our landscaping. However, after speaking with Isaiah, we were given a $50 gift card which we are still awaiting.

Our order was never processed properly, so many mistakes. We had to place a second order, which was also messed up, on top of the reorder also being messed up.

Several windows came in with wrong measurements. Or wrong grid configurations.

The windows were put in quickly, and they were friendly and professional. I am satisfied with the windows.

The process from start to finish was a breeze! I didnt have to worry about getting a building permit, I was kept updated on my window order and everyone who came to my home was kind and professional! The installers helped me with blinds and helped me even move furniture and put it back! Im truly happy with my new windows. My old windows where 1 pane metal frame so Window Nation is a huge upgrade for my house from energy saving to functionality!
