Window Nation was on time; they delivered what they promised to deliver on time. Installation was smooth, with no hiccups; an excellent crew who did a diligent job.

On time, finished in 4hrs,professional job done right,cleaned up everything.

The installers were very professional. The whole transaction went very smoothly from beginning to end the windows look great.

Every person that I had contact with in person or on the phone were very personable and knowledgeable. The installers were wonderful! (very personable and hard working) The windows are great!!!

Great windows that exceeded expectations for quality. Didn't like not being told ahead that all black windows have some white that shows. Minor installation issues were resolved promptly. Flex screens are great.

Cost was fine, time to delivery and install was fine, installers did clean up but I am still picking up pieces of aliminum and plastic. The installers also missed calking several seams and part of the aluminum frame popped out.

My windows still has stickers on them. Thought I would have them clean them before they left

Quality of the door

Showed up 3.5hrs early. I loved their look outside but inside looked 'make do' like a new window stuck into old frame. For that amount of $ I think they should have cleaned at least the inside of windows! Also no one showed me how to work them. Team worked like well oiled machine only took them on 6 hours to install 15 windows! Then the ban k called re: 1st payment. I was told I had a year before first payment!

There are a few issues with my bay window. On 4/22, Lou Vernyi did a site visit and said he would send someone out to fix the issues. No one called or showed up to fix. Email sent on 6/5 to Lou asking that he look into this and get back to me……no response.

We liked that the window installers are employees of Window Nation and not a sub contractor.

Double check exactly what your window are before you get them rather than taking the word of the person presenting them to you.

Probably the most frustrating business transaction that I have ever experienced.

Overall, the windows are fantastic and look amazing. The installation team was top-notch, but I had a damaged screen, and it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting for the replacement.

The workmanship is horrible. My doors were installed in February, and after 2 services they still haven’t fixed the shoddy workmanship. They have yet to schedule another service call to make it right.

Pricing is a little steep

Clean, quick, kind and very nice windows.

Sales man lied to me about many things. Biggest one was told me it was a ten year loan when it turned to be a fifteen year loan.

I was very pleased with Ryan Hume and the time he took ti answer all my questions, in order for me to make a clear choice. I did not feel pressured.

The windows are of good quality. We've noticed that a lot of the drafts are gone. Depending on the weather outside, the windows keep the cool or heat in, and the installers were very professional. They completed the entire house in less than a day.

I asked them questions and they answered me. They did their job very well.

Installation was sloppy. Caulking was smeared and gloopy. Black scuffs and smudges all over every window's trim. Vinyl shavings everywhere outside. Exposed nail heads and screws. Vinyl siding damaged by sawzall during removal of old windows. Patio door was damaged during installation. Visible spray foam on exterior. Window quality also looks substandard. Frayed edges of cut vinyl and metal grid inserts. Fusion welds are lumpy. One window had scratched glass.

Not happy with several things, length of time on when installation would happen, and no communication from WN. Financing company, and sales rep, where once he got the contract, no communication till I was unhappy.

Very upset over the lack of transparency after the sales process.

The personality and integrity of the kid I met at the tent at dyngus Day, the young man that came to sell the windows, and the two young men who installed them.

We had a very personable sales rep ( he was at the house for hours...) come out who sold me 4 standard windows for $7K . I later found out that I had only 3 days to cancel the job by one of your rude c/s phone guys. I also found out that was WAY too much money to pay for 4 crank windows. It took the installer less than 4 hours to put them all in and one of the frames was cracked so he ha to order another one which is yet to be relaced. Except for Tori from your call center, all were polite so no problem with that part of your team. I had double slides installed by Universal about 6 years ago for $2k. In comparison, you can understand why I am not happy with the expereince.

I love the windows. The men that put them in were courteous and very efficient. I watched as they installed them and I could tell that they were professionals.

Everything has been fine, but we’re having a problem with the latch on the sliding door. A repairman came today but he will have to order a replacement.

This was a cold call at my door that turned into a good overall experience. I inquired about new windows and ended up getting a professional and pleasant outcome.

Many companies are calling us, sending information, etc. The salesperson from Window Nation stopped at our home one evening, told us about Window Nation, its products, etc. We were ready for new windows SO the timing was perfect for all involved.

Price seems a little high

A expensive but vey much needed home improvement project past due. Experience was excellent from start to finish. Quality work and installation. I would recommend with warning of hard, immediate sell practice.
