Your salesman Joseph was excellent. He did his job. The team who installed the windows was excellent. They were personable, professional, careful of our time, and just good guys. The job was done well.

The only reason I gave you three stars, and would be hesitant to recommend you all is that the windows (9) put in our upstairs were not the ones we ordered. The contract proved this.

We sent a letter to request a conversation about this issue, but before becoming a dialogue, the company started on making new windows. This means that we had to prepare for window work not once, but twice. We had to find a time to complete the job a second time, and could not put our home back together during that time.

Though we had a tough time getting all of us on the phone at the same time to have this conversation, we felt that no one was even perturbed with the inconvenience factor, or that this was, to us, a big deal and something we will only do once in our lifetime!

You jumped in to fix it immediately, but without any actual conversation with us, or apology. This left us with the impression that this sort of thing happens frequently.

Update: 9 New windows installed again in upstairs windows, done well.

The pricing was very good. The communication was excellent, and the installation went without a hitch.

The only reason for having the window replaced was because it was leaking and had caused interior damage. I was sold/told by the salesman that once the window was removed and damage to rotten wood, etc. would be fixed to ensure the window would not leak. The wood was not replaced. A brand new window was put in with rotten wood still existing. I called and spoke to Doug Watson. Doug was to call me back on February 24th "to make this right". I never heard back from him. I'm currently having my roof replaced and will see if replacing the roof stops the window from leaking.

I had half my windows done a few years ago. The team that time was more friendly, didn’t leave black fingerprints all over my molding and I left more confident they did a good job- they seemed well trained in their craft. The team lead this year seemed stand offish, didn’t want to be there, and it seemed like the windows were installed more quickly/less steps. It seemed more like a random untrained crew- I hope the same quality job was done.

Delivered what they promised at a very reasonable price. Both the product and installation met or exceeded my expectations.

My experience with Window Nation has been very pleasant, no pushy salesmen. Joe is very patient and explained the process clearly and with as much detail as possible. in fact, every one during the installation process was very professional and willing to take the time to listen and answer any concerns that I had. I highly recommend Window Nation if you have issues with your windows. I not only tell my friends but any one I meet if the discussion of windows comes up.

What is dimension?

The windows were installed in one day. Installers were professional, cleaned up everything, asked for inspection of the work before they left. Very satisfied.

I do recognize Window Nation that they did all the windows in one day. The windows look just okay. The only thing that I noticed in some cases is that I can feel a draft.

Had a cruise certificate included in my contract, but never received.
Ordered by contract contour grids, but all flat grids were installed, except for one window. Company offered some compensation for this issue.
Still awaiting one window to be changed out.

Their invoice is horrible. I don't have an invoice so I can't write it off my taxes like I am allowed.

They do not back up their product. They lack communication.
