The estimate was done in a professional and transparent way (very pleasant rep without applying hard-sell; the measuring was done promptly and right on time after accepting the estimate. The time frame estimate given for installation was RIGHT-ON and actually the instalment date was moved up!!! The absolute best experience was the installation: the installers were right on time, worked in a kind and quiet way, the installation was done professionally with the highest level of workmanship and quality. And the installers didn’t stop until everything was done just perfectly!!! (and worked until late into the night to get it all done in ONE day). I was totally impressed!!!!

The windows have been keeping the cold out; before, my room temperature would get as low as 64 degrees. It has been a big improvement with the windows; now it stays around 69 degrees.

They were excellent. The guy who first came to look at the window was very polite, respectful and helpful. The guy who came to measure the window did his job in about 15-20 minutes. The 2 guys who came to replace the window did an excellent job.

The interaction with my salesman was excellent. In light of the big expense, I asked many questions and he was able to satisfy my curiosity. I felt confident in knowing I made the right decision, which ultimately led me to purchase additional windows. The window itself ‘Georgetown’ was a huge upgrade from the builder's grade. I was also fortunate enough to have the same team on both installs and was very impressed with the overall look when completed. Even some of my neighbors liked the look of the windows. I truly believe these windows have and will continue to make a difference in my utility expense for years to come. Highly recommend.

The estimate with Window Nation occurred on July 15, when I gave a down payment, and the installation happened October 2nd. This was a long time for a double casement window in my kitchen.

The offered incentive was not what I received and the windows still fog up in the morning. Speaking with the representatives was great, but the incentive issue weighs heavily.
