Good job, cleaned up, windows don’t let in any drafts. It is summer and on hot days my A/C doesn’t come on as much. Also I set the A/C at a higher temperature. Clean look inside and outside.

Crew did not use shoe covers (booties) even after REPEATED requests. Muddy footprints throughout home. Propped windows up against furniture leaving scratches. Caulk was rippled, not smoothed out. Corners of vinyl did not meet to make a corner and left gaps.

My Window Nation experience was awesome from start to finish! The salesman provided an outstanding explanation and demonstration of the product, all windows were meticulously measured to ensure a perfect fit, scheduling was very easy, and the three-person installation team was simply amazing! In just one day, I had 20 new beautiful vinyl windows at a very reasonable cost, that fit perfectly and were professionally installed. Excellent job Window Nation!

I talked to the supervisor, the installation guy, a week or so ago after they were installed. We had a nice conversation. I told him that I was very happy with the quality of the people who worked on the windows, and I was very happy with the service of the installation. There was one instance of a mistake that was made by the office people. They didn't do the right window. They gave me a double hung in the master bedroom instead of the second bedroom, but I was okay with that. I was fine with what they did. I am happy with the quality of the installation which was very good.

Craftsmanship and responsiveness did not meet expectations.

Window Nation was very professional. The lady who came out and sold us the windows was very nice. She explained everything. The installers arrived on time and did a good job cleaning up after themselves, so I was very pleased with the service provided.

I liked that our expectations were met with little effort from our side.

Ensure that customers questions are answered thoroughly initially. During the Initial discussion with the sales person and also during the measuring process I asked if the blinds in one area of my windows that were positioned inside the frame would fit once the new windows were inserted in. Both times I was informed they would. However they don’t. When a worker came to the house to discuss the matter with me. He stated the process and explained that no the blinds are not going to fit inside the window suggested I place the blinds on the wall over the window which is not desirable to me. Now I have a very large and expensive set I blinds that I am unable to use.

On time. Quality work

The salesperson, Daniel, that came out had an arrangement with me with the total amount being $16,000. When I got the bill, it was $6,379, and we had agreed on the bottom number being $16,000 even. After the job was done, and I got the bill, it was $7,900 more. I called him, and he told that he didn't rememeber. All of a sudden he is claiming amnesia. We had just completed the job, and we had agreed on $16,000, but now I am getting a bill for that. I asked for a credit of $379, but he completely ignored me. He said he'd call me back, but he never did. I thought that was really unprofessional of him, and I think what he did wasn't honest. The job was done fine, and the people that did the job was good. What the salesperson did was not honest.

Have only had our new doors for a week now so not sure about durability and sealing yet but our purchase process and installation was very well done.

Overall I’m happy but not 5 star. I’ll need to wait till the next order to provide a better recommendation so I can compare both installs

We did quite a bit of research, explored a lot of companies and choose Window Nation for our project. And we are happy we did. The whole process from presentation to installation was easy and efficient.

Reza arrived at our house on time for the presentation. He inspected and measured our windows and then launched into the presentation. Reza is knowledgeable about the Window Nation offering as well as the products offered by his competitors. As mentioned, I did some research and had an idea of the features that we wanted and what we should pay. Reza presented the Window Nation Grand View line, which meets our feature requirements, and after a bit of back-and-forth negotiation we settled on a price that was within our range and fair to us both. After signing, Reza described the next steps and set expectations. Overall, the presentation took only about an hour and was relatively painless, with no high-pressure tactics.

Several days later, Mike came by to inspect our windows and confirm measurements for the build specifications. This took only about a half-hour. Mike answered some questions about the installation process and said that the windows and door could take up to 6 weeks to build. Imagine our surprise when we received a call a week later to schedule our installation.

On installation day, the three-man team arrived on time. They introduced themselves and the team lead, Ted, described the process and then they got right to work. They tarped the paths to all the windows to protect the floors. They were very careful and respectful of our house. The entire team was friendly and polite and experienced and highly skilled. You could tell that they’d done this a time or two. The outside trim work is fantastic and the inside finish work is great. All 17 windows and the sliding door were installed in a single day. Ted went over the operation of the windows and door.

The windows and door look and function great. We couldn’t be happier. If you are considering a window or door replacement project, we strongly recommend that you engage Window Nation. They will treat you right.

First, The widows and installation team did not speak clear English. Was difficult to communicate. I would recommend when Install team arrive they have supervisor provide details on installation Steps and procedures. Very nerve racking when someone you are not familiar with and does not speak clearly and starts removal and installing your widows. I was not able to review all windows with Installation crew after completion as a result I did find the installation of the Sliding door was not finished with caulking. One side missed! I have send e-mail requesting correct but have not heard back. Also, I would recommend you removing the Restaurant $100 promotion as this was very painful and was not what I thought would be provided. It is only provides discount value after you purchase from the Restaurant there specific meal promotion and there are very few restaurants it covers in the Area. Not interested i driving all over creation for small discounts (and the restrictions applied to these discount passes) at different restaurants.

Tammy is a great sales representative with lots of information. She went out of her way to make it all work out.

Overall, a positive experience but the pricing was suspect. I was charged the same price for a 27 1/4 W X 70 H window as a 54 1/2 W X 82 3/4 H window. Clearly the cost was not the same but I wanted to keep the look of the windows that were being replaced.

I loved it. From the start of the installation to the end of it, from Chris working with us with the windows, reviewing everything, and going over everything with us to the installation process, everyone was so professional. It just looks amazing.
