Excellent quality windows, very efficient installation.

I am not as happy as i thought i was going to be with them.

The windows were installed quickly, and Lorenzo Lee, who came out to do my assessment, was very nice and knowledgeable.

Everything went great from start to finish. We are very pleased with the new windows. They were installed with care by a very professional team of installers. We could not be happier with the entire process.

My windows and screens were installed on May 11th. I have had issues with the screens since the day of installation! Window Nation was informed of this on that same day. I have not opened the windows due to gaps/openings between the screen borders and the window. These gaps will definitely allow bugs to come in. Window Nation has advised me of some additional piece they can get to close the gaps but almost 2 months later I’m still waiting

Very easy to work with. Getting approval from my HOA was not difficult. Crew was very polite and professional.

Joe reached out to me first. He was wonderful through the whole process made things easy, I had to make some changes. He was extremely easy to get in touch with I remembered who I was.

I chose Window Nation because I had a good price now my old windows were drafty during the winter months. Cold air was coming in, so I think it’s only fair that I wait till the winter months to do a survey to see if these would keep the draft out the cold air ok thank you

Still having issues with closing and locking windows the top windows are sliding down.

The saleswoman was fantastic. Installers did not play around. They got the job done, left, and cleaned up.

The windows look great but some of the chalking doesn’t look smooth on the outside of the house.

They supposed match my windows because I didn’t replace all.
At the end they made a mistake and the windows were different.
They order a 1/4-1/2-1/4 instead of 1/3-1/3-1/3.
I find out only after give the check to the installer. Talked with him but he recommended me to call Window Nation.
When I talk with the salesman he said the way to fix it and look the same I would have to order another window $1631
I think they made a mistake, they should fix it, not me paying for another window.

I enjoyed the entire process from fast response, my wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, sweet and personal salesman to the quick delivery and install.

Window Nation has now performed two window installment jobs. The salespeople are professional and I am pleased with the quality of the windows.

I like most of what they’ve done, but I’m not real happy with my bay window. Two side windows are too small and they adjusted everything. I’m not particularly real happy with it.

Our experience has been positive. The pitch that was given reflected the installation and the early follow up.

I don’t really have an opinion on this. There a many window companies so i would recommend shopping around and also visit Home Depot for estimates.

The sales manager, Richard was rude and short tempered!
