I use window Nation many years ago to get my windows done so I wanted to stick with them they offered me a good price the workers came a little bit early I got the job done did a great job cleaned up their mess the only thing that went wrong was the handle instead of the white handle I wanted the brushed nickel one and they didn't have it on the work order I guess they're supposed to give me a call when it's going to come back and install it

First impression means a lot to me. Sale man was on time and very helpful. Explained company values, service and warranties.

We have had the windows for about a week and are not happy with the customer service. We have 3windows that have condensation on them and screen that's ripped. I was told someone would be out to wash the windows and I have emailed at least 3x and no response. We are extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service. Except for when the payment was due. We have not heard from the person who sold us the windows except for the day he was here. And honestly I could not even tell you his name. Very disappointed plus the person who referred us to your company was supposed to get a $200.00 gift card and they have not received it

Everyone was very nice and friendly.

The factory sent two of the wrong window, leaving two living room windows unchangeable. Downside: Window Nation tried to get me to accept the two smaller windows & put them somewhere else in the house, not finishing the living room. Upside: after two days of conversation, WN changed its mind & ordered two of the right windows. There was a 3-week delay in finishing the job, but it was finished correctly

I would definitely try someone else the next time I need windows. I was sold some amazing tale and then the products they used were garbage.
