The screen is cheaply made. They are already damaged after a few weeks.

The installers arrived on time, and got to work immediately. They finished the install much faster than I expected, which freed up my day, and they were very courteous.

I bought windows, and a week before the installation, my wife fell and broke her hip, so I couldn't have the installation done in May as planned. Everyone, specifically the sales manager, was understanding. They talked to me and agreed to hold the windows until September. They went out of their way to help me with my situation. When my wife came home from the hospital, she was using a walker, so she was nervous about having many people in the house for the installation. John, the manager, sat with my wife for hours to make her comfortable. The workers were professional, nice, and well-trained. They knew their job and worked together as a team. Everything went well, and they cleaned everything afterward. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I have no complaints at all.

On the original installation date the measurement was wrong on the big sliding window, so had to wait for a 2nd install date, The install guys seemed to be in a hurry & rushed through the job & I found one of the screens damaged in which they replaced on site in a rush and when they left I discovered the replacement screen was darker then the other screen and the windows were dirty and smeared on both sides. The double hung bottom window moves around & leaves a gap between the window & frame in which there is a service call repair scheduled a month out.

It was an easy process to get the estimate and order the windows. The people I worked with were professional and kind.

The communication from the sales team to us is very poor. The installation crew was good and cleaned up after themselves, and they did a good job. The windows look nice, but the actual process was horrible. The sales department lacked communication and follow-through when communicating about the contract itself. The installation team did a tremendous job and even did amazing work when cleaning up after themselves, and they were efficient with the follow-up actions that needed to occur. There was a window installed that was not the correct window, and they still haven't solved that issue.

I had a scheduling problem related to getting a permit for a door that was purchased in

April and not installed until August 1st.

It was great that the process in the house was done in one day with a great variety of resources teamed together to finish the task in one day. Even though it started to rain with a potential of severe weather the team stayed to get all the inside windows down. There was a window bay wrap that was not completed and I thought it was due to weather. Still waiting on an response from the install manager when this can be completed??
