From start of measure to install, everything ran smoothly. No issues

When they replaced the windows. The frames are big, and the windows are small. It's hard to put an AC unit in. We wanted to take the windows out of the frame. They do not come out. We were told they would come out. They are good windows. Not what we wanted.

The process was simple and quick. The quality of the work was phenomenal.

We worked with them twice. The first time, we did not have any issues. The second time, we did have issues.

This star rating is not fair to Window Nation as a whole. I live in a HOA community, and the people here take pride in their landscaping, which is very exclusive and very expensive. During the installation, there was no care in where the installers walked or what they did. They went over everything and between the landscaping. They didn't care at all where they walked or what they did. Because of that, I can recommend them to some people but no one in my community. I will not.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs new windows.

Bad sales rep promised something he could not deliver. Poor response from the follow up sales team. The manager I tried to contact per he email never responded. and Mike only answered sales related questions to get the new contract signed.. No response to my other email and texts.

Very unhappy with my 8000 dollar slider!

Onetime and the professionalism

I have asked four (4) times to have someone contact me to discuss an issue I’m having with the windows I had installed. To the date of this report, no one has contacted me.

Window Nation provided the lowest cost estimate. The windows are of very good quality, good materials, excellent construction and excellent work by the installation team. The install team was very punctual, performed great work and cleaned up well, you could not even tell they had been there. Also, on the sales end, Terry was very knowledgeable, represented the product well, understood the competitive offerings very well and the whole process lived up to the high expectations he set.

We had issues with the installation, and they haven't solved it yet.
