Great staff on time delivery

I spent $22,000 on brand new windows. A couple of days after installation I noticed gnats all over my bathroom. The gnats were not only getting through the screens, but also the panes. They were in between the screen and the panes. They haven't come out to look at it yet. I can't open up my $22,000 windows because bugs come in. The cheaper windows that were in my house for 30 years at least didn't let the bugs in.

Window nation is good. I like their job.

The finished quality was great. The technicians were great. We had one window that was measured 4 times before they finally got it right. It was a custom window, and they tried 4 times to get it right, which delayed the project 5 months. Everything else was great and if things had been better with the custom window, I would have given Window Nation 5-stars. Because of the issues with the custom window, we had to delay other projects from getting started. Everything is great about it now, it just took 5 months and 4 tries.

Terms of the finance. We thought we were getting the no payment no interest promotion, only to be told by the finance company that we will have a minimum monthly payment. Reached out to Window Nation, no response from management!

Quick easy cost effective

Fast service and friendly installer.

Salesman told me the slider came with an outside lock and set of keys. They installed the door perfectly and it’s great but the door is an entry door to an apartment and I am having difficulty getting them to “correct” the issue quickly. No way to lock the door from the outside.

Installers need to be properly trained. Instead of replacing rotting wood, as stated in our contract. They started to just cover it up with aluminum. Luckily I was there to make sure that they did it correct. Had I not been there it would not have been done correct.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and I was getting regular updates throughout the whole process. The install team was amazing. They worked quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. They were very clean and neat. They worked until they were done, no breaks were taken. I was extremely impressed.

Sales agent was very good. The products and installers know what they are doing without hesitation.

Truly not a fan of the money added to the total because you use a credit card.
