Sale made with an informative presentation and demonstration of energy efficiency. Installation for 8 windows was done in only 5-6 hours with minimal disturbance other than it got a bit cold in the house with the old windows taken out on a 40 deg December day! Our new windows are a noticeable improvement over the old ones.

I would recommend them to a friend starting with my representative. I gave him a very good comment about how good he was and how pleased I was with him. I didn't feel pressured to buy windows because he knew the product he had, it was a good product, and he left it up to me to make a decision to go forward or not. He was a good spokesperson for the company and I hope they appreciate his expertise and professionalism.

The installers were excellent and outstanding. Their names were Edwin and Carlos. They were timely and took the time to explain what they are doing. Edwin did my bathroom window and I was a little concerned. I had a brand new awning. I had only made only one payment on it and by them not being able to put the ladder up, he had to go on the ledge of my window in order to put the outside framing around the window. I was concerned about him doing that, but he did a remarkable job.

Not very satisfied with the performance and installation of the windows

We were told we would receive a "free" vacation to destinations around the world.
Haven't heard a word since the installation.
Seems it was a "come on". Feels deceptive.
Were pressured to sign the contract & pay a deposit by the end of the week.
The next week WN started advertising "buy 1 window, get 1 free". Another ruse.

The knowledge of the salesman and how professional the team was from start to finish.

Based on the work done and Lack of any problems, we would likely recommend. However, i would less than truthful not to mention the measurement concern.

Additionally, all Window Nation staff members (appointment scheduler, salesperson, measuring representative, and installers) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. From first contact to completion of installation, it was a very pleasant experience. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

During the sales call, it was my understanding that the final deliverable would have grids in the upper and lower panels of both double hung windows. I specifically requested this to match an existing window layout. However, the final windows only had grids in the upper panels. Someone from "corporate" called me to say the additional grids weren't in the contract and I would have to pay a change order fee. I am disappointed that WN wouldn't honor it. Going back to look at the contract, the description of the work was not well described. I also didn't receive a copy of my contract until after the measuring appt. This means I didn't get an opportunity to review the contract. I chose WN because a neighbor recommended, but I'm not sure I would do the same. The installation was superb and I am generally happy with the windows.

The communication wasn't great but the service and windows are nice.

Overall, I'm happy with the windows and installation, but one of the windows was installed with a crack in it. It's disappointing to get new windows installed when they don't arrive in perfect condition.

While the installation itself was done properly, the pricing and promotions are extremely misleading. The advertised financing promotions are not transparent at all. Even with an excellent credit score, we were offered a very high interest rate, which directly contradicts what is implied in their promotions.

Window Nation appears to submit financing terms that heavily favor the company, making it nearly impossible for well-qualified customers to obtain reasonable rates. There was no flexibility or honest explanation provided.

The finance manager was dismissive and rude, showing little respect or concern for the customer. We were flat-out told to “take the promotion or leave it.” Attempts to escalate concerns were unsuccessful—upper management is unreachable, calls are not returned, and phone inquiries go unanswered.

Overall, while the installation quality was acceptable, the sales practices, financing transparency, and customer service were very disappointing. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution and fully scrutinize financing terms before committing.

The prices are affordable and the workmanship is great.

If I were to refer them out, I would give a warning that the salesperson is very pushy and does not listen to you.

Good service. Installers were very careful to clean up after themselves continually. Great job insulating and caulking. Nothing will leak past these windows. I think you could trust these two with anything.

I do not care for the high gloss white appearence and the molded/welded corners. This is style preference on my part and not a reflection of product quality.
