I was pleased with the installation, but the detracting issue was the lack of communication between the sales rep and the operations team.

The windows themselves are mostly great, but there is a problem with one of them. I've reached out three times about this issue. Twice I emailed Jeff Beck, whose account even sent me an automated email that specifically said to reply to it if I had any issues with the windows. Then I contacted the support email that was listed on my warranty paperwork to start a claim. Its been over a week since the Jeff Beck email and three days since the warranty email, and I have received no response from anyone.

The install crew led by Edwin were great. However they had not been told that our plantation shutters would need to be removed and then re installed. Our salesman had not conveyed this. He also did not tell us that the azec trim would be removed and replaced with aluminum.

I do have concerns about the quality of the windows.

Pricing is very good, communication with staff in getting the transaction and setting up of appts is also good, but the people who install are not okay. The Person who came and install my door, I believe his name is Ed was so rude. Not only that he is rude, he would talk to me and after talking to me he spoke with his co- worker in his language which I think is very rude and should not be done during work especially when you are taking to the client.

The product is excellent so I would recommend Window Nation. However, I will and have warned people I know about the sales pitch pressure to sign. Most everyone I told agreed that they would not sign when the salesman states that quote is only good while he is at the home.

I searched around for a couple of companies, and then I called Window Nation because I used them in the past and when they got there it was a straight go one hundred percent A-plus.

My screen door not properly installed. It literally fell outside on my patio within 3 weeks after installed.

I asked for copies of all my documents and I haven’t received them. Customers service needs to be improved.

They did a good job, and they were efficient in coming. Also, they cleaned up after they finished doing the process. I was pleased, and I didn't have to say anything to them.

We recently had two sliding patio doors installed but have reported several issues to customer service. First the door handles that were installed were not the colored we ordered. We order the Oil rubbed bronze handles and one door was installed with a silver handle while the other was installed with a black handle. After going back and forth with the customer representative they have ordered the correct handles but will not be shipped until 11/25/25. In addition, the lower patio door was missing outside plugs to cover the screws. This same door is also extremely hard to lock, and we are unable to use for fear of not getting it to lock again. Finally, the caulk that completed around the door was done poorly and needs to redone. We have supplied pictures to WN Representative.

We needed to change our windows and started getting estimates. We went to the State Fair and talked to Window Nations rep. We got an appointment the next day. Terry came over and told us all about the process.

I would recommend them to a friend because they were superb. They did tremendously well. They cleaned up amazingly. Everything was perfect and had no problems at all.
