They supposed match my windows because I didn’t replace all.
At the end they made a mistake and the windows were different.
They order a 1/4-1/2-1/4 instead of 1/3-1/3-1/3.
I find out only after give the check to the installer. Talked with him but he recommended me to call Window Nation.
When I talk with the salesman he said the way to fix it and look the same I would have to order another window $1631
I think they made a mistake, they should fix it, not me paying for another window.
I enjoyed the entire process from fast response, my wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable, sweet and personal salesman to the quick delivery and install.
Window Nation has now performed two window installment jobs. The salespeople are professional and I am pleased with the quality of the windows.
I like most of what they’ve done, but I’m not real happy with my bay window. Two side windows are too small and they adjusted everything. I’m not particularly real happy with it.

I don’t really have an opinion on this. There a many window companies so i would recommend shopping around and also visit Home Depot for estimates.

Everything after point of sale was a pain except for scheduling. Communication about product delays were non existent. Install being delayed wasn’t communicated and then when product was damaged there was zero communication even though the staff knew (they told me they knew that morning and already reordered it that morning but still went the installer out to install a patio door even though the screen was missing). I’ve already had 3 service calls due to poor craftsman ship or defect and the doors are only 3 months old

Window Nation had already replaced all the windows on the first and second floors of my house, and did an outstanding job. The men worked tirelessly, and I am very pleased with the results. This time the small window in the basement was replaced. To my surprise, when I changed the curtain in that window, all of the wood had rotted! Window Nation completely replaced the window, and now it will never rot again! And to my surprise, the window actually looks much better than the original window when it was new! Not many people have the opportunity to see that window, but knowing how great it looks and that it will never rot again, is very comforting, especially since my grandsons sleep in that room when they visit!
From scheduling 1st appointment to finishing installation... each connected department were professional and I would recommend Windows Nation

From my initial phone call, each person worked with me to complete the replacement window job. Scheduling was straightforward.
I had 12 of your new windows installed in my home on April 10, 2026. The windows have open seams in the upper corners which I have brought to the attention of the Vytex Windows customer service team as well as the Windows Nation customer service team. Approximately 6-7 weeks ago I have contacted the Windows Nation customer service team to explain my concerns to a Leslie of the Service Processing Department. A month went by without hearing back from Leslie. Two weeks ago, I called your customer service team again to follow up with Leslie when I was told that she was no longer with the organization. The individual to took my call mentioned she would leave a message with Leslie's replacement (by the name of Casity) that I called to follow up with my complaint. It has now been two weeks later, and I have yet to hear from Casity or anyone from custom service.
Lastly, I also sent this complaint to the headquater team. It has now been a week with no response.

The salesman was honest with us and answered all our questions, to our satisfaction. No problems scheduling the installation. The installer’s did an excellent job, very pleased with everything.

The installers arrived on time and they were very professional and did a great job. I must mention my sale rep. who and is Bill Franks who also did an amazing job as he sold me the windows and did a great job as showing me the demo on the windows.
We were giving a price for job, we agreed and paid in full on the spot. Before the job was completed, we were served with a balance of $351.00. That is the reason of my recommendation.

Every phase worked out exactly as advertised and discussed with the salesman and no negative surprises The installation crew showed up on time and went right to work. They were friendly, very efficient and worked very well as one team non-stop until all windows were installed and the job site was completely cleaned. Before leaving they again went over how the windows and screens worked and said to call with any issues or concerns.

Lack of communication about my window screens. I'm missing seven of them. I think they are on backorder but there's been no communication to confirm that. If it was not for the screens not being installed this rating would be five stars
did not order my windows correctly. were not installed 100% per my order. they have to come back and complete work they said they did. i had to prove them wrong with pictures of before(which they NEVER took to begin with) good thing i had the before pictures for my own collection
Error on the part of the estimator led to a higher than expected cost. Accounting department at WN would not explain the mistake on their part, just demanded more money. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Your accounting staff represent you poorly.
