Overall I like most of the windows. On two casement windows in our kitchen, we paid extra for to get a wood look since our old windows were wood with wood trim and we liked the look. My wife & I had specifically asked the salesman if everything would be replace and match the new wood look windows. By that we meant the trim around the windows and the window sill along the bottom. He said yes it would and that is the only reason we spent the extra money to get the wood look. The guy came out a week later to measure our windows and mentioned to us that he didn't see anything about the window trim or sill on our order. I contacted the salesman and he said it should have been included, but he'll put in a change order. A few days went by and I followed up with him. He said he would resend the change order. It came through and I signed it and sent it back. A few weeks later you came out to install the windows and the installer informed me he only had white primed wood to install. I told him that is not what we were sold and that we did not like the look of white trim on a wood look window. A manager called and they said the only thing they could do is go by wood and install it and we can stain it whatever color we want. We felt that we had to go with that over the white trim. The installer framed in the 2 casement windows with wood, calked it and finished the install. We purchased stain and polyurethane and watched a few videos on how to stain window trim. They all show sanding and staining the molding before putting it up. We are anxious about having to do this while it's up on wall around our new windows, our cabinets and tile backsplash. With the money we paid to have the windows installed and for what we were told we were purchasing, we are not happy to have this staining project to complete. I am open to any help or advise that you can provide on how to best tackle completing the sanding & staining project.

The quality of the product was unbelievable. I had to reset the installation date 4 times. That was outrageous. I would rate the coordination of the installation a 1, and the actual installation a 5.
They were very professional. They answered any questions that we had professionally. They were an awesome team to work with and they helped us solve any issues that we had. They were extremely helpful.
I particularly liked the efficiency with which the order was handled by Window Nation. I was surprised by how late they worked to make sure everything prior to the installation was handled correctly.

Quality installation
Currently have a door that is non-functional, was broke when installed a week ago and no one has contacted me to fix it.
They were stellar from office staff to sales person to installers. Appreciated the detail in explaining options and demonstrating differences in how various glass allows or doesn't allow heat to pass through.
Window sills were dinged and scratched, more so than last two installs.
The Window Nation installation crew showed up on time. They were very communicative and professional. They worked with me to make sure that the area was cleared. I have pets in the house, so the worked with me to make sure everything was safe and secure for them. The installation crew was very efficient, and the work was done in a very high quality. I have no issues with my new door. Everything was done in a very timely manner. It was very cold out, so once the door was out, they did their best to keep the cold out and they protected my carpet. I am very pleased.
They came out and installed my windows at the exact time they said they would. All of the workers were professional. I am satisfied with the job.

Window Nation sales practices are shady. I have already reviewed this company on yelp. The salesman terry Kuntz lied to me about what fhe installation entails. I had to send the installers back when they told me what the job was. When I called customer service and sent them email, someone was supposed to call me. They did not. I was only later told I would be charge 60% of the cost if I did not reschedule.

After the initial presentation and 2nd measurement, I had limited communication with Window Nation and nothing after the installation. I gave it two days after the install for some things to settle per the installer. i have a couple of problems and questions about my install and some stuff that was broken or incomplete and I have heard nothing outside of an automated email.

Sale made with an informative presentation and demonstration of energy efficiency. Installation for 8 windows was done in only 5-6 hours with minimal disturbance other than it got a bit cold in the house with the old windows taken out on a 40 deg December day! Our new windows are a noticeable improvement over the old ones.
I would recommend them to a friend starting with my representative. I gave him a very good comment about how good he was and how pleased I was with him. I didn't feel pressured to buy windows because he knew the product he had, it was a good product, and he left it up to me to make a decision to go forward or not. He was a good spokesperson for the company and I hope they appreciate his expertise and professionalism.
The installers were excellent and outstanding. Their names were Edwin and Carlos. They were timely and took the time to explain what they are doing. Edwin did my bathroom window and I was a little concerned. I had a brand new awning. I had only made only one payment on it and by them not being able to put the ladder up, he had to go on the ledge of my window in order to put the outside framing around the window. I was concerned about him doing that, but he did a remarkable job.
Not very satisfied with the performance and installation of the windows
We were told we would receive a "free" vacation to destinations around the world.
Haven't heard a word since the installation.
Seems it was a "come on". Feels deceptive.
Were pressured to sign the contract & pay a deposit by the end of the week.
The next week WN started advertising "buy 1 window, get 1 free". Another ruse.
