Most of the experience was great. The quality of the windows and installation process was great. but a major issue was that the screens did not show up and this is a screened in porch that we have not been able to use since the installation. We have been told that they will notify us when they will be shipped. Additionally, Window Nation has been paid in full, yet the job is not complete.

My experience with Window Nation was great. From my initial meeting to the completion and installation of my windows every step went smoothly.

I had 15 windows replaced in my home. All 15 screens were damage installer noted and took pictures as of this date. I have not been contact by anyone from window nations about the replacement, even after calling twice and left on hold for an hour hanging up in frustration.

Having difficulty opening all the windows installed all the way, I will need to reach out to customer service. Also, sliding door handle placement is oddly very high on the door.

I was very disappointed that 21 days after my contract was signed, my salesperson contacted me and said that I needed to pay $1500 additional for the finance option i chose and signed the contract for… *21days* prior. I went back and forth with him as I felt it was ridiculous it wasn’t determined prior to 21 days after my contract was signed especially considering what the consequences would be if I were to break contract. I was ready to give another company my money instead as I did not want to work with a company not willing to honor a signed contract. My contract was eventually honored but it out a bad taste in my mouth that it was even a problem. Prior to that I was planning to recommend 2 friends but after that I changed my mind.
