The patio door we received was shorter than the frame. When we contacted customer service, they tried to convince us that this was normal. It was not what we were promised. We were supposed to get a custom door that fits the frame. We did not get the exact fit.

We had a friend that referred us, and it was my understanding she would get some kind of financial incentive. She has not received we are happy with the project.

They were prompt, did what they had to do, and got the job done. That’s all I could ask for.

I had to go through the bad experience and complain for it to get fixed, so no, I wouldn't recommend that to others. It was also difficult to be "heard" by the people I was complaining to. It felt that they could talk down to me and get away with it because I myself am not a window installer. They did end up correcting issues, and getting me the product I wanted, but it was only after damage to my home and complaints that it got corrected.

Overall I am pleased with the window quality. I was very displeased with the sales process and the misinformation I received about the windows.

Everything was top-notch. The sales visit, scheduling and installation were more than good. The installers were prompt, didn't waste time and were amazing to watch. They worked extremely quickly. The windows are great. There's no disappointment in the product at any level.

The finance department keeps hounding me. I could have paid for amount in full, but they offered me a 6 month cash payment option. I probably will not pay in full until they come back and fix the rotted out window frames.

The contractors did good work. They didn't really explain much, just showed up, knocked out the work, and left. They were mostly clean, but I found some trash and construction debris around my property afterwards.

I was more disappointed that over half my windows had some kind of manufacturing defect that wasn't obvious at first, but noticeable upon closer inspection. Scratches or blemishes between panes and ripped screens, plus one window is difficult to close. I will work through the warranty process but 50% is a pretty bad success rate.
