the project was priced fairly and the widows meet expectation,what went wrong was the following.1. peter the installer was rude at times, I was under the impression that a crew would come out,the video and the sales person left me with that impression..turns out the crew was peter and sometimes his son...not...

Love our new windows. Replaced 8 windows and will have them back in the near future to replace the last two windows. (Bay-Window in the Dining Room ; Garden Window in our new Kitchen)The two installers did a fabulous job! Very knowledgeable and freindly.
