Salesman did not mark windows to be replaced correctly and this led to confusion. The confusion was recognized immediately. The salesman refused to meet me at the home to walk through to ensure that no mistakes would be made. I next notified the salesman when the installation crew arrived and advised that they did not have a window for the master bath. I knew something was wrong. I called the salesman to advise. He said that he would look into it and call me back. He never called me back. Several days later I called him again. He told me that he was on vacation and asked that I called him back the following Tuesday to remind him. Windows that were supposed to be replaced were not and windows that were not supposed to be replaced were. Nobody at Window Nation help me with this problem The problem was ignored. All of my efforts were wasteful. The salesman was disrespectful on the telephone and tried to blame me. It was his carelessness that led to this situation. I do not anticipate that it will ever be resolved.

Both the sales person and the measuring tech missed measuring a window in the basement. When I called (because they never reached out to me) they sent another sales person and are charging a ridiculous amount for a small window. I feel taken advantage of and it doesn't sit well.
Sales experience was very pleasant. Jim Doyle was very professional and made several helpful recommendations. We signed the contract on 9/24/25. After that, it took almost three weeks before the measurement tech showed up - much longer than originally indicated. Installation was scheduled for 11/19. The installation team arrived as planned, but it turned out that many of the measurements had been made incorrectly and the installation was cancelled. New measurements were taken and windows were successfully installed on 12.20. The entire process took three months.
It was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish.
Marketing fell through on gift card incentive for appt. Company did not communicate effectively with installers, and parts were missing during installation, likely not ordered with window manufacturing for custom glass size. New windows from this company use a visually unappealing J channel above the window. I wasn't expecting this so I doesn't match other new windows from a different company.

Great customer service. Installation team was polite, professional, and cleaned up everything when finished.
The installation took much longer than expected, and there was no communication from the on-site installers. Every time I asked if everything was OK, I was told Yes. They were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 10 am and be done by 5 pm. They arrived early, a little after 7:30, and didn't finish till after 8pm. There were only two installers. The storm door installation also took much longer, and I'm still not sure that the hydraulics are working correctly. I was given a small container of "touch up" paint for the storm door and when I asked why, the installer pointed to a small area on the door frame that had paint scratched off. I'm not sure if this happened during the installation or if it was there before. If it happened during the installation, not sure why it wasn't corrected before they left. They removed the blinds for me - which I know isn't standard practice but it was agreed to during the sales contract. One set of blinds is missing the opener. Another set was dropped during replacement and is scotch-taped back together. For several days I still found small pieces of wood and plastic throughout the house, and although I did see the installers with

The choices I made with his help were really excellent! Especially, the replacement and design of my custom picture window! It is postcard perfect with my Christmas tree!
My windows have been installed for 2 months now and have received 2 gas bills. Both of those statements show similar temperatures to last year and my usage has gone up. I wonder if my 20+ year old windows were better than these new ones.
So far, I am happy with everything. I have to wait until I can open and close them in the summer. Right now, I am happy.

The experience with my salesman was difficult. Unethical practices. However, the install was done well.
I like the price point we were able to agree on. There were a few issues during the installation, but otherwise everything appears to be very good.
I’ve reached out at least five times since the day of installation to have some issues fixed and still have yet to even hear from someone about a time to come look at the issues. It was escalated to management and they don’t even call me.
Sergii and his team did a great job. We have nice windows that were easily installed. The time from sales to measurements to installation went quickly.

I would recommend based upon the quality of product and work being done. I don’t love that I’m still picking glass pieces out of my children’s carpets in their rooms. But I especially didn’t like the pushy sales tactics we experienced at our pitch. Would be more likely to recommend if I was given an honest price right out of the gate rather than having to negotiate to get a fair deal.
My experience with Window Nation was good for the most part. The estimating process was thorough and the individual was knowledgeable and spent time going through options with me. The installers were great and completed all ten windows in about 6 hours. They fully cleaned up afterwards and then I was walked through the process of opening and closing the windows as well as the full tilt in features on the top and the bottom. At this point I was ready to give them 5 stars, but I had no confirmation of the actual quality of the windows yet. I always wait until I can fully use and operate any product before I write a review. The day after the install it was quite cold and I noticed that the house felt colder than usual at the same temperature. I figured the sealant on the windows would take a full day or two so I wasn't concerned. It has now been almost 3 weeks since the install. My house is definitely colder and I have had to set my thermostat up a degree to be the least bit comfortable. I have had my heater checked and it is not the problem. My old windows were solid wood windows and these are vinyl but supposedly good quality. When I place my hand on the new windows, they are definitely colder than my remaining wood windows. Thus the new windows do not repel the cold as well as my 18 year old windows do. While I could not afford to replace 10 windows with solid wood windows, I at least expected the vinyl windows I bought to provide a similar weather protection and insulation.
Quality of windows and installation is good
Your company installed a sliding glass door in my kitchen and garage door going out to the garage. Sliding glass door is very difficult to open. Doesn't slide has to be yanked. I called Customer Service and also your service department. and asked for help to get somebody to come look at it and he said somebody would call me. They have not. It's a week later. I have spoken to my sales representative who gave me the quote for the doors Jon Stupar and he's the one that gave me the numbers to call and he told me that I should expect calls this week. I have not. Get in touch with me because his door is way too hard to open. It shouldn't be. I haven't heard from him yet and that was last week on Friday, November 21.
They came 90 minutes late. I couldn't see what the windows looked like in the dark. On the daylight I could see they re-used the discolored and bent capping from my old windows. They should have explained how to work the windows better, but English wndas not their primary language. Opened one window and now I can't lock it
I am a returning customer. I should have gotten the advertised TWO YEAR financing but was told 18 months was the maximum term. Also emailed sales manager twice for a call back. Never called! Sales manager’s voice mail box filled.
