I think that they were fast, they had good payment plans, and I was shocked. I thought it was going to take longer than it did. It was good, and I am definitely coming back once I pay off these windows.

I was very frustrated if not annoyed that it took nearly seven weeks for the sales manager to send a description of the cost of one window and separately a list of the costs of the sliding glass door and double unit window, to me which I needed for an insurance claim.

The door that was installed back in March has gaps. We've already had one service call, and we're waiting for another service this week. It is very hard to get a service member to come in a timely fashion to address any issues after installation, and that wasn't what was promised in the beginning. I was promised a quality door—I got Home Depot. As for the warranty, they said, "Don't worry, it's a lifetime warranty; anything will be fixed." That's not true. They should be more clear and honest, and say that you'll be waiting months for an appointment.

The salesman (Chuck Yatsko) didn’t contact me at all after the initial estimate. I had to call the 1-800 # and get transferred to many different people before I found the right number for the right location. Since having the project completed, I still have one window that is broken, one window that wasn’t done, but should’ve been, four windows that need to be wrapped in black vinyl, two screens that were never placed and no scheduled date for when it will be finished. The project has been done for well over eight weeks.

The installers where professional, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in timely manner. I work from home and the noise levels was very low, I barely heard anything.

Better communication around bow/bay structural changes. We had to spend an additional $800 to rebuild the windowsill after install.

I’d recommend but also would be transparent about issues that arose from lack of communication.

Satisfied with the project but after a closer inspection, I’ve noticed that two of the screens frames are not squared..My only complaint!!

The sales pitch was a low stress, no pressure conversation with much information about the windows and installation. Inside measurements and outside photos were made easy to understand.

Everything up to installation was great. All downhill from there.

Workers showed up at scheduled time and cleaned up debris and doors looked great.

I think there needs to be someone at the installation location either during or after the install that speaks better English. Both times I have had work done by Window Nation, its been very difficult to understand the installers and vice versa.

I felt confident in my choice until I had a problem after the install. I never got a call back to resolve the issue and had to call several times. The issue was never resolved to my satisfaction and is just something I’m resigned to at this point. Very disappointing after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

The installation was quick and orderly with all 16 windows installed in one day. The crew were polite and knowledgable and cleaned up after themselves.

Over charged me. You installed some windiws 2 years ago that included a large picture window znd 4 small windows. Sakesman said he would give me the same price. He divided the entire order by 5 which included the much more expensive picture window. I didn't catch the overprici f until after new installation and no one would speak to me on this.

Windows are still good. However my new sliding door still barely works. I mentioned issues at install and was ignored. I was told it was the weather seal that was preventing the door from opening, closing and locking properly. 7 months later there are still the same issues.
