Great experience from salesman to installers

10 out of my 14 windows wouldn't lock after they were installed.

Probably not even though they are working on a resolution to my install issues
If it would have been done right like the sales person said I wouldnt be upset
Attention to detail was completely missed and I feel like I was told one thing and another thing happened .

Overall, very pleased but there were some minor issues between the purchase and the install. Seemed once the salesman, who was really quite good, made the sale, he checked out despite telling is toncontact him at any tome with questions

I have had other companies come about doing the windows but we like what we heard from window nation the best.

Excellent responsive salesman, the install team knowledgable and professional. They respected the house. I had 26 windows installed there is one that the balancer is bad, already have a service call scheduled.

The communication was a problem with the workers.

The guys were wonderful. There were in and out one day. They cleaned up after they were done. They left two windows in a bedroom. I had to get rid of them on my own. Other than that, they were very professional.
