The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and walked through many options available and important things to consider when choosing an option, such as our ability to reuse our current blinds based on their depth. Scheduling the measurement and install was seamless, and the installation team was efficient, professional, and courteous. From start to finish it was an incredibly easy process and we’re very satisfied with the results.

Everyone was very efficient and professional! The windows are beautiful, the installation team was quick, precise and left everything very clean. They even touched up the paint on the frames and rebuilt the frames that were splintering. Wonderful experience!

Comparing the windows I had vs these new windows, the old ones were definitely built better. The new ones are thinner material. The part of the window that you lift to raise it and lower it isn’t firmly attached to the window. It doesn’t feel tight to the window when you move it up and down. I feel like over time that could be an issue.I like the overall look of the new black window but disappointed in quality. Also the black trim around the window was never caulked on the sides. I was told by the guy that measured for the new windows, the shutters would be removed when they install the windows. That way they could caulk properly all the way around. The shutters were never removed and caulking stops at the shutters. I have since pulled the shutters off and noticed this.
