I am trying to get my windows corrected. My windows came without a bar on the bottom to open the window, so until I get that corrected, I can't open my windows.

Window Nation did a fabulous job. They were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly. The windows are beautiful, and I could go on and on about how pleased I am with their work.

The finance agreement I made is not the same green sky has. I’ve called window nation and green sky about this and have never been called back.

The salesman, Jim Doyle, was accurate with his presentation of the product. The installation crew was professional.

I was very frustrated if not annoyed that it took nearly seven weeks for the sales manager to send a description of the cost of one window and separately a list of the costs of the sliding glass door and double unit window, to me which I needed for an insurance claim.

Window Nation staff was great to work with. They were all friendly and respectful of my home.

The door that was installed back in March has gaps. We've already had one service call, and we're waiting for another service this week. It is very hard to get a service member to come in a timely fashion to address any issues after installation, and that wasn't what was promised in the beginning. I was promised a quality door—I got Home Depot. As for the warranty, they said, "Don't worry, it's a lifetime warranty; anything will be fixed." That's not true. They should be more clear and honest, and say that you'll be waiting months for an appointment.

The salesman (Chuck Yatsko) didn’t contact me at all after the initial estimate. I had to call the 1-800 # and get transferred to many different people before I found the right number for the right location. Since having the project completed, I still have one window that is broken, one window that wasn’t done, but should’ve been, four windows that need to be wrapped in black vinyl, two screens that were never placed and no scheduled date for when it will be finished. The project has been done for well over eight weeks.

The installers where professional, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in timely manner. I work from home and the noise levels was very low, I barely heard anything.

It was very easy to set up an appointment and someone came out the next day.

Better communication around bow/bay structural changes. We had to spend an additional $800 to rebuild the windowsill after install.

I’d recommend but also would be transparent about issues that arose from lack of communication.

Satisfied with the project but after a closer inspection, I’ve noticed that two of the screens frames are not squared..My only complaint!!

The sales pitch was a low stress, no pressure conversation with much information about the windows and installation. Inside measurements and outside photos were made easy to understand.

Everything up to installation was great. All downhill from there.

Workers showed up at scheduled time and cleaned up debris and doors looked great.

I think there needs to be someone at the installation location either during or after the install that speaks better English. Both times I have had work done by Window Nation, its been very difficult to understand the installers and vice versa.

There was an issue with the size of the window and our representative, Will made accommodations. Excellent service!
