The guys were very professional and cleaned up everything. They did the job in one day. They were great.

The installation crew worked for about an hour using their cell phone flashlights. 12 tabs were broken off my shudders. The calking needs to be fixed and the overhang was unfinished.

I took off work after the appointment date was scheduled for my windows installation. I even spoke with the manager about them being available for the installation. He guaranteed me they were coming to install my windows. On the day of the installation, NO ONE SHOWED UP. I got a message saying that they were not coming. They assumed me that date yet, I was left taken off work without a single work done.

I was impressed with the way they explained things to me before they even got started. As to what the process was as far as removing the windows and getting the window prepared to put the new ones in. I really appreciated them covering up my hardwood floors, the stairs and my furniture before they started working. They cleaned up and vacuumed everything before they left. Explain to me how the Window worked and asked if I had any questions. Great employees.
