when the workers arrive and start to work. Only the leader speaks English. workers talk their language and laughing while working. . I don't think it's polite to do that. in front of customers.

I’ve informed of minor drywall damage around a bedroom window casing that occurred during installation. A few weeks later and no one has contacted to set up a service call to inspect / repair the damage.

No return phone calls. I requested paperwork to be sent to me in the mail and never received.

Product good, scheduling okay (a little pushy when we wanted to stick to scheduled time vs starting earlier because of work schedules). Install team left trash all around, rushed to sign paperwork, did not review anything with us.

The sales process leads to getting ripped off too easily.

easy process

My windows were installed on September 16th and it was the whole house's windows that were replaced. All eleven windows were installed improperly. I am still trying to get in touch with someone from Window Nation to come back and repair the windows. I have called four times and was told someone would contact me. It is frustrating to have no one come out and fix the poorly installed windows.
